My devastating, but hopefully inspiring story, I'd like to share.
My devastating, but hopefully inspiring story, I'd like to share.
On Sunday night at #glasgowARTrave, I was thrown out at the end of Lady Starlight's set. The Sun newspaper tells of the Hydro's comments, saying I was flashing my bits constantly; which is completely untrue, of course I expected the Hydro's staff comments to me included. I'm very self conscious about my body, so for me to even wear the outfit was liberating. I was thrown out, why? I'm not too sure, many other fans wear the same, many wear less, which of course is okay, but was it because I was male and they just personally didn't like it? But why me? I was in bits after, and if a fan, #farewellartpop so would you be. Thank you to @gaga for making me strong as otherwise I wouldn't have been able to cope that night. I want people to know my story as many young people take their own lives due to discrimination. Someone who went through what I did might not have coped as well, and may not be here to see tomorrow. Thank you for taking the time to read my post and I love all you little monsters so much. Thank you to those who asked for pictures you were all so lovely. I love Gaga and I will never give up on her, she has empowered me and made me brave. Also thank you to my friend Danielle for staying for the concert for me and getting my flowers, unicorn and note to Gaga. #ARTRAVE #scotlandmonsters #tour #glasgowhydro #depression #personal #SuicideAwareness
