Loving Yourself is Hard

Loving yourself is probably the most complicated, frustrating, yet rewarding things you can accomplish in life. It takes forever to find out who you truly are, especially when some of the people around you may be putting you down. To all those who feel like they cant love themselves, YOU ARE NOT ALONE. I agree..loving yourself can be hard sometimes..but I think nothing's wrong with that, sometimes you can be lost and than you find yourself again...people like us...who are constantly thinking about every single thing..that actualy is not a bad thing at all..that's our mind,our inteligence, you need to doubt about yourself sometimes because you can be creative and you feel special because of that cause you are different...but you also need to accept your mind,the way of thinking and things that you are stuggling with even if it's hard..you get a feeling that you can't because thinking.. well it can leed you to depressions and bad feeling about everyhing.. but you need to stay strong..and go on.. that's life..and beauty comes from the inside..always. I don't care what people say i was born this way ;) You are not alone even if you think you are..and if anyone needs to talk you can talk to me. I've been there and i've been/am struggling just like you are..we are the same. You need to connect with people who are just like you..and things will get better..people who don't understand..well they never will..and don't worry because of that. It's nothing wrong with us we have beautiful soul and expandable mind. Paws up forever be yourself! [[lm.heart]]

Grace ur words really touched my heart so deep , and i had this issue i felt like im lost in in a big space withe no soul , i sometimes used to think abot suicide and death , BUT that all before i meet u in this wonderful community and i really don't know how to thank u because words ain't good enough to thank you cause u really helped me a lot , and i want u to know too that whatever happens i'm here beside u , cause close friends stay friends forever . peace and love from me to u

This is so true...everyday i struggle with this and to get over my eating disorder. I know if i could just love myself i could be free so i know how you feel
