Actually i looked this up online, and this was were an elevator used to be. The elevator was remove and the owners of the building decided they wanted a restroom in that area. They plan in filling in the hole, but then go the idea of getting a glass floor! The bottom is just lighting to give it an artistic view.

I would for that much money, but i really dont feeling like pissing, orrrr talking a shiz in front of people.....cause people can look up and see you. haha
