Sorry I haven't posted in awhile, I haven't felt much like it lately. I don't know why, but I've just been really sad lately. No real reason. I'm just sad. I cut a few days ago, I'm not proud of it. I did it really high up on my thigh so that my parents wouldn't see it, but now wearing jeans hurts, it makes me just feel worse. I've been taking comfort in being alone out in nature, just wandering around, singing to myself and making jewelry out of plants and observing the beauty around me. It lifted my spirits when a butterfly kissed me, and I met a sweet cat with a tag that read "Phil", he gave me lots of love:) I had a dream the other night that I was a small child, and that everything was dark and I was running around in fear, completely lost and trying to find my way out, and then Gaga came into the room and held my hand and wrapped her arms around me to protect me from the darkness, and I felt so safe and happy I wish I hadn't woken up. Gaga and Little Monsters, especially @babygaga16 @srzelcro @susanaw and @axelglen , are my rays of sunshine through this darkness, you make me so happy, I love you all so much, thank you for always being here for me, for giving me a reason to live. Hi Mikayla, you are not alone! I am also in recovery for self-harm. I understand how hard it really is to have these feelings. You are a gorgeous girl. To help your wounds, put a tube of neosporin in the fridge and then apply it. The cool gel will soothe your skin, and the antibacterial will prevent infection. Please consider finding help. It's okay that you have scars. It's okay that you feel this way. But trust me when I tell you that living free of those chains is so much better. One day, you'll be proud of those scars, because they'll be a sign on your strength. You were born brave. You can do this. We are here. You are loved and you are appreciated.

For me, hiking is one of the best things I can do if I'm feeling depressed. I don't always come out of it happy, but going out in nature, by yourself or with a friend, can be so calming. Just relaxing and experiencing everything. There's a lot of us out there... sitting alone in the woods trying to become happy. It all depends on how you see and react to things. If something bad happens, it can always be worse, and it's always a learning experience.

Mikayla, I'm so sorry to hear that you're feeling sad and very upset to hear that you are hurting yourself. Please talk with your family or if that doesn't help or isn't possible for some reason, please talk to an adult that you trust at school. You're so young, and you shouldn't expect to be able to help yourself through something like this. Please try. I love you very much and you can tell that you have a gentle, sensitive, and beautiful soul. Cherish that about yourself, and know that it is okay to ask for help. We all need help sometimes. stay strong and know things will get better even if it doesn't seem like it. we all are beautiful and special in our own ways. we all also have a purpose in life even if we don't know what it is yet. so stay strong and love yourself! Hey, I'm recovering from self-harm too. I used to cut my upper thigh so no one would see and I felt so alone. But please, love yourself enough to not do this. I love you, and everyone here does. If you need help with anything you have me to talk to, and you have the BTW Foundation. Stay strong, you are breathtakingly beautiful and have a real eye for art and photography. Be around people you love, like friends and family. Don't isolate yourself, the smile of others is infectious and you'll be smiling too. Please don't harm yourself.

You are very beautiful!! Connecting with nature is very cathartic and can heal one's soul. Sometimes we slip, but we are human. It was Alexander Pope who said this: "To err is human to forgive is divine". So forgive yourself for what you have done and be proud and take comfort in knowing that you can stop yourself. Butterflies are a sign of someone that has passed and is showing you that you are not alone. You are loved in this life by all. <3 <3

ooooh mi amor, sometimes i feel like this as well. Just like gaga said, depression is something as common to people as the seasons to the nature. Just stay strong and be proud of yourself. You flowers will sure grow again. You just wait [[lm.heart]] and please stop harming yourself [[lm.cry]]
