The last week has taught me a great deal. I've had arguments with people, heated debates and an overwhelming surge of negative energy. The lesson I've learnt is that we live in a very cynical world where kindness is a weakness and bullying is a way to get what you desire. Let me tell you this. Cynicism never got us anywhere. Cynicism never beat the high school bullies. Cynicism never elected the first black president. Cynicism never has and never will bring change. With so much hatred festering on this planet, we are destroying ourselves. As a race we are becoming more depressed, more selfish and more hateful. So let's end it here.
