I View this album as just another way in which Gaga wants to teach us about music and its capabilities. This is a fantastic opportunity for monsters that have never listened to Jazz to understand what it is and how it has influenced Gaga. I know some monsters are upset because this isn't a pop album, but those monsters need to look at the bigger picture. Gaga is doing this to free herself of the constraints in which pop music has placed upon her but she is ultimately doing this for us. She has been singing Jazz since she was 13, these are her roots and her beginnings, and she wants to share with us the music that created her. And she did all this with a Jazz legend! so i say be excited! because this just proves how Gaga is more than a Pop star she is a Jazz star as well!
