Lady gaga is definitely the most talented out of the three. Madonna is also super talented and I love her to death, but she's been a star for sooo long and is way older and more experienced so it would make sense that she is really good. I think Katy's songs are very well written and have a good beat to them, but her voice is very average, she isn't as bad as some of the other pop stars that's for sure, but she def isn't overly talented. I do think Madonna is very talented, both in creativity and vocals. I think Lady Gaga is the most talented out of the three, but I could understand someone saying Madonna, def not Katy though, not that's she's a bad singer or songwriter, just that she isn't as creative.And I'm pretty sure neither Katy or Madonna have played the piano at there shows.

Gaga's piano is mediocre because it's pop, pop is not hard to play, all you need are the chords. I do know that her dad would not buy her a piano unless she learned a difficult Beethoven piece, I assume it's the Pathetique because it was in Marry the Night and she played it at a concert. If you can play the Pathetique, which is standard piano repertoire, then her piano playing is not MEDIOCRE. It's actually moving along quite well.
