I need to do more exercise

I have lost more than 30 kg. and now I'm training to improve my muscles, but I still seeing myself awful and fat, just like when i had 30 kg more. Duuude, yo opino que te ves muy bien así, pero te entiendo, tampoco me siento cómodo con mi físico, pero si quieres trabajar con eso hazlo para sentirte mejor contigo mismo y no para complacer los demás, así que mucho ánimo ;)

I think you look amazing the way you are but if you wanna build muscle, then you do that man! follow your heart and do what makes YOU happy! some of the people here are saying "I don't like muscles" but if YOU want to be more muscular then YOU do that! I know you don't see it but trust me, you are beautiful!! Keep going, I believe in you :) <3

Congrats on the weight loss. You look great!! Don't take it so seriously. Worrying about small things leaves you no opportunity to be happy and in the present. I don't like super muscular guys they are actually super vain and gross. [[lm.dowhatuwant]]

I have just made diet and exercise. In the beginnig only diet, but then I began to fo gym, and hicking. If you like, I can explain you with more accurate how I did. Thanks you

I used to be skinny and and I thought I had a great body... Then I got sick and had to take medicine and gained weight and I felt awful about myself... Nothing fit anymore and I looked so awful and felt so awful... Now that I feel better I feel better about my body too. Be proud you've lost weight, that's so good of you. And just feel good about yourself, it will make you have less stress about what your body looks like. I think you look great :)

You look Great ! How did you loose the weight ? I'm trying rn I walk & jog (: I do juicing sometimes & 40 squats ! I think this looks better than a super muscle guy tbh it's not sexy for all just muscles, but it's not my body & I don't have a say & I'm not trying to be rude at all so please don't take it the wrong way ._.
