Wear...are you a boy? If you're a boy, I think maybe a millitary style shirt in nude color if you can find it, if not black is always good! Decorate the military style button up shirt with seashells on the shoulder and on the button line down the center. Keep it classy with some skinny jeans and boots, then maybe wear a seashell crown or something if you can manage to make one! If you're a girl, try a black Venus look, with black lace and shells, maybe in a dress or in a jumpsuit. You can do a big neck piece with shells, or even do big shoulder pieces with big shells decorated with jewels, okay good luck!
