Don't let your guard down, monster! Do not listen to that ugly voice in your head. Focus on the good things in your life, the things that you're grateful, even the tiniest ones. Put on a huge smile on your face even if it's too damn hard for you to, believe me you are strong enough to trick your brain & people. I am here for you!
