Look closely at 15 second in, the boy tried to touch gaga with his left hand. After being told many times to back off. He then pushed forward and tried touching her with his left hand. It was then that Peter had to physically throw him out of the way. YOU CANT try to grab gagas face when being told multiple times to back off!

From YouTube: I found the guy on Facebook. He is a little monster and as you can see they spoke for a split second, he asked for a selfie and she accepted but that's when Peter shoved him & insulted him after this ended. You can also see the shock on Gaga's face.
