Because the play S.o.M. has played and can always be staged again, and the Movie is the favourite movie musical of all time, to open the broadcast, the scene was as epic as the climax of a great motion picture. Lady G comes out in a classic flowing white gown with a chorus of men in white tuxedos, doing back-up. She absolutely nails the medley and the audience of show business professionals rise in unison with a glowing standing ovation. Gaga proudly absorbs the applause and then waiting a bit awkwardly for the scene change and break to commercial; in a moment right out of Hollywood, the most gracious star, Dame Julie Andrews herself walks in from the wings, applauding with the warmest smile, the camera pans the audience and a room full of performers are delighted to have been there live for one of the greatest generational moments in television history.

Watching this for the first time. I am so proud of Mother Monster. Please release a copy of this to your monsters. This makes our generations come closer. I remember when this movie first came out. I loved Julie Andrews and now I love Mother Monster even more.

I cried and felt like she was in heaven and a angel and I was shocked and had my mouth open the whole time hat all her bad stuff was put in the past and she was happy and glowing that's how I took it like seeing a caterpillar turn into a butterfly
