the problem is with the colouring's shape, i think. You should try making it more similar to Gaga's. Her eyelids are soooo big - you successfully achieved it with the shading, and her eyes are like a ball so circular wich you didnt make that way (i just hope you can understand what im saying, nobody taught me how to explain something like this about an eye :D). What i really want to say is just you should try to make the part of your eyelids wich are further from your nose more round shaped.
