I'm starting a new project! It's time to think positively about our future goals. What will you be? What will you achieve? This year, I vow to overcome my physical pain and promise to be strong. Tomorrow I have an urgent appointment at the hospital so they can fully address my back pain. I'm scared because I have a fear of pain, death and hospitals. This started when my grandad was in hospital before he died, and it terrified me seeing my loved ones that way. But I will rise from this.
