A few months ago, I wrote about my wonderful friend, Stephanie Picher who was an amazing member of our community, and how she had passed away. When those of us who knew her learned of this, we set out to make a book for her family just as a gift to show them how much she meant to us. I collected letters and pictures from people who knew Steph, both online and in real life. When I went to the Pittsburgh show, I was lucky enough to have finished the book and I brought it alone with me. After the show, we were able to meet Gaga, and I had the book with me and had saved one last page with a photo of Steph and Gaga for her to sign. I explained to Gaga what it was and she knew exactly who I was talking about, thanks to both the efforts of everyone online and Waldo, who had lovingly worn a vest with Steph on it to the Florida artrave/backstage. She took her time and wrote a lovely message for Steph. Before the Boston artrave, as we were getting ready for the show, I was able to meet Steph's mother and give her the book. It was amazing to meet her and see where Steph got all her lovely qualities from. So thank you to both @gaga, Steph and Steph's family for this wonderful experience. This is what ARTPOP is about.
