it has been 5 months since I have actually gotten serious about working out. I am at the gym for an hour 4 times a week and I am definitely seeing a difference. It may not be much right now but I'm gonna keep going. My overall goal is to put on weight and build a bigger body. I have gone from 8 stone (in February) to 10.5 stone.
