@tarasavelo has been my idol for about three years. She is my inspiration to become a makeup artist, and now that ive met her I will do just that. I've sent her multiple tweets yada yada. Always wishing to bump into her at a show. Well no such luck until artRAVE in Phoenix. She is the most kind hearted person I've ever met and I couldn't stop crying after she left because she is so lovely. This is my story of meeting her: So I got her little present together which included a flower crown that I made, this adorable My Little Pony cup and a Unicorn sweater that I bought a matching one to, all in a little Disney Princess bag. So my best friends Kristopher and Marcus took me around GA to find her like three times..and we didn't find her. I got kinda sad. Then Mrs. Legits (bffs mom) drug us over back to our spots because she saw Gaga standing there watching the opening act, so we saw Gaga up really close but the body guards told us to turn around. And my beast friends cousin recognized Tara, and she walked away to see better and I like ran and grabbed my present from Marcus and the like leaned over the little fence and said "this is for you!! This is the present I've been needing to get to you." Then I asked for a picture and she was like "I don't want to be disrespectful toward to band playing. What's your name??" *mad respect earned Tara* (As she hugged me) Then I was like "Punky! I've been messaging you on Instagram, we've been talking kinda." And she's like "OH YES YOU!!" and the she's like "I have to go now!" and I guess I gave her a look of sadness because she went up to me closer hugged me and then stuck her pinky out over the fence and was like "I pinky promise you I will come back out here! I will, and I will get you your picture I promise!!" And then she pinky promised me and then she left. Then I literally balled my eyes out. But wait there is more! So, we waited...and waited...and I was worried that she wasn't coming back because maybe she was busy or couldn't. then Kristopher was like "LOOK TARA!" So I leaned back and she LITERALLY was looking for me. She spotted the wings for my outfit and like got super happy and waved and smiled and was like "I told you I would come back! I had to go work!!" In this cute little voice...And then I had post cards from the born brave foundation that we got, and I signed mine and wrote a small note, then had an extra and had her sign it, and as she read mine she smiled And the she started to sign the blank one, (well I asked her if she wouldn't mind writing something) she said "OF COURSE" and then as she was writing I saw her X O tattoo and then I was like "OH!!!! Look!" And showed her mine and she smiled and was like "OH MY GODH!" Then she touched it, then kissed hers and PLACED HERS ON MINE AND MADE A 😘MUAH noise So then, she like looked at my outfit and then was touching my wings and was like "I really like these!!" And then saw my Italian horn and was like "oh my god an Italian horn!" And then she's like "do they know?" And I was like "people..ahem he *point at Kristopher* thought it was a chili pepper!" And she's likeand then "no!!! These are special to Italians.." and then I was like "see!! She knows what it is.." And she like got super close to me and said "we're Italian..we know, we know." And waved her finger between us lol. And then she went off about being Italian lol. And then I got my picture. And we have her a pig to give to Gaga and she was like are "you sureeeeeeeeee? I will but she's not even on stage so.." And she laughed but she took it. And she was like "I she my opened my present yet but I will!!" And I swear I was te only one who got a picture or got her a present. She seemed so happy to see me..I think?? And basically I can never be sad again.
