No, VMA is just being fair. They select videos who's songs were on top because all videos are deserving. Even those videos made by unknown artist. SO to be fair, they choose those who made on top.

I honestly liked Dark Horse a lot better than Chandelier. It was just so bizarre and cheesy and made such little sense that I fell in love with it. It surprised me, I thought we would get some ridiculous video of Katy trying to be dark and witchy. Say what you want about "art" and "deeper meaning" or whatever but that's just my opinion.

I can't stand all of the people bitching about Sia being nominated. Chandelier is a good song with an artistic video. So immature how when Gaga's not nominated for something you all act like children and say "I'm not gonna watch it then!" Okay don't watch it literally no one cares. I would like G.U.Y. to be nominated but it's not and there's nothing we can do about it. Go ahead and dislike my comment I seriously don't give a fuck

There's no need to insult other performers. Of course it's ridiculous that they didn't nominate her videos, which are works of art. But what can you expect? Adele is great, but remember her video won that year and all she did was sit in a chair. They do only care about the charts - not about what actually goes into the video itself.
