A beautiful package from Van Cleef and Arpels, and inside was a big beautiful bracelet box, just everything perfect and beautiful, and I was so excited, and inside the bracelet box was a typed card and it said, "Andy Warhol wants nothing for his birthday." because that was what I told a magazine was the best present. "Nothing." I don't know if he had to pay for the packaging or what. So I came face to face with my own philosophy and I was (laughs) so let down. It was great. It's worse than eating your own words, getting them back in a Van Cleef and Arpels box.'
