I think gaga is just trying new branches of art and if u don't like them that is ok since I don't like everything gaga does either yet I still love her and think she is amazing. it is just different tastes of art, everyone is different and likes different things

I think Gaga is doing what makes her happy. I don't really believe her when she says a ARTPOP is for the fans. It's an album she wanted to create, it has songs that only really connect to herself. But I think with the jazz album, it's something she's truly passionate about and is genuinely happy doing. I think her hip injury has given her a new attitude. She probably can't or doesn't wanna take things as fast as she has done before. And don't forget, she's in love! She wants to slow down a little so she has time to spend with Taylor and so she doesn't injure herself again. That's what I think anyways =D

Artists really goes on an Hiatus. Artists need time. Lady Gaga is an artist that needs time. You may have miss the time that she is a rocket soaring high to fame, money and all the inferno-ic of the dream but it is very nauseous and everything happens so fast. Lady Gaga is carrying the burden of us, fans, wanting our idol to be the best, to have all the awards and recognition but its is really a hard work, it is a suicide. Lady Gaga is only in control of herself but not the whole thing that the world keep on spinning. Try to keep putting yourself into her shoes. Let's not be greedy. Let's not be the Monsters that Lady Gaga fears. Let's not be delusional. Let's not take away her life.

Put it this way, she's happy, artistic, and creative who would die for her fans. People like Katy just writes music for the charts and doesn't really care about her fans. Only the general public who buy her music. It's like being really nice to your friends who help each other and share together, or just seeking attention and trying to be recognise outside your friend group just to get more likes on Facebook. Then you forget your friendship between you once true friends. Beside, what you have said is extremely rude and even if you have a opinion, phrase it differently and not in a way that can be interpreted as offensive. This is Gaga's art and you've just heavily criticised it. It's like you being extremely proud of a peice of your work and people call it crap, flop, and a mess. You just don't have the artistic mind to see what she has accomplished.
