Blue and green curls!

Gaga doesn't really like us copying her. She wants us to be ourselves. I have been to two #artRAVES and I know a lot of monsters copy her and that's OK. The #Artpopball is a very colorful and unique group of monsters and experience. So I personally like the short neon green wig on page two. It would blend in great @theARTPOPBALL :)
