Gaga does not *own* art as a pop star. It is unfortunate that she's not getting enough media credit for jump-starting this movement, but that is not Katy Perry's fault. Katy copied a dress of Yves Saint Laurent from his collection "Mondrian Look" in 1965. Gaga is more creative than Katy, Perry will never can create something new.
