What I'm going to say will be so weird. But try to bear with me. I tend to speak from the heart and not from my mind so my words have a habit of being muddled up. :P
Right Now:
Try not to take things too seriously. Remember, a lot of the time, people will only try to bring you down because you are different. You don't fit their definition of normal... and if you did fit their definition of normal, a person that could be liked or appreciated by that kind of person, then you'd be a pretty rotten person yourself. ;)
In other words - I've never used this technique myself but you could always flip it on it's head. Instead of being down about their negativity, be proud that you AREN'T accepted by that kind of person. Horrible people tend to stick to pretty horrible people. Break the mould, be free, be unique and be yourself.
In the future:
Remember how you feel today. It will one day make you so much stronger. You will be more empathetic, you will be softer and more understanding to those around you. You will understand their pain because you've experienced it yourself.
More importantly, the people who have hurt you will stand to be your inspiration. Inspiration? Yeah, that's right. You will think about the people who have hurt you and hopefully, you will think "I'm NEVER going to be that person", and feel pretty damn proud because of it.
With every tough time brings a tougher...
