People can like or dislike Gaga. Accepting to work with her is not a must. We don’t even know who and what Gaga is in real life and as a co-worker. We know the singer, we don’t know the person and no matter how many people claim to “know” her, they’ll never know enough because she’s a celebrity and she based her fame on creating a persona so I don’t think that the Gaga we know = Stefani in real life.
And lets not forget that artists have different tastes and that non is obliged to work with the other and that doesn’t make those who decline “idiots”.
This is really old news; there was a brief Twitter spat between them as a result of a misunderstanding. Short story: their management teams spoke to each other; Gaga and Harris never spoke.
Interestingly, at T in the Park 2009 (Scottish Music Festival), Gaga took to the stage directly after Calvin Harris!
does it really matter. everyone has their personal preferences, and if he didn't want to collaborate with her then fine. they already talked about it on twitter and they've come to terms with it, so don't worry about it.
I really liked his older stuff like "accepteble in the 80s". But his latest stuff just sounds so bad on both a production and a mixing standpoint. He's also not boundarie pushing in any way, at least musically.
I never liked calvin harris, only the ellie goulding and rihanna song lol but u cant rlly tell he's there in the song can u bcuz he doesnt sing, he isnt creative he just makes stupid sounds.
Not surprised. I'm not entirely familiar with his music aside from his hits, but what he makes now sounds nothing like the musical style from The Fame. It probably didn't mix well with whatever he was producing at the time.
I'm not literally calling him an idiot. Yes I can see that I wrote idiot on my post. And maybe the whole thing was a misunderstanding between the two of them. But it came across my TV screen and I thought I'd share it. But now everyone has to get their panties in a wad because it may or "may not" be true. I don't care if he actually did or didn't turn her down. My whole point is that ANYONE who turns her down is an IDIOT. I would've called somebody who nobody's even heard of an idiot for turning her down. This fact has been on the music channel for like 3-4 years now. So I think they would've taken it off if it was proven to be wrong. They're usually good about checking their FACTS on this channel.
