As you can see in the pictures,there is LGBT on Doctor Who. In the first picture,the horse is male and his name is Susan. The horse's former owner said "His name is Susan. It's from the Bible. It means the Deliverer." But The Doctor said "No,he isn't. I speak horse. He is called Susan. And he wants you to respect his life choices." In the second picture,you see a reptile woman and an ordinary woman. As Madam Vastra,the reptile woman, says in the picture,they are married. An alien is married to a human. How cool is that?! Anyway. In the third picture, The Doctor kisses Rory,who is The Doctor's father-in-law, just because he thought of a good idea. PS: The Doctor also kissed Amy,who is Rory's wife and The Doctor's mother-in-law. It's The Doctor kissing all Ponds. LOL In the fourth picture Jack Harkness kisses Rose and then The Doctor.
