[[lm.ball]] **Tamina Pollack-Paris** Hometown: Toronto, Ontario, Canada **Tell us a bit about your dance history:** I started dancing at the age of 2, and began dancing professionally at 9 years old. From then I continued on to work in Canada before taking the leap and pursuing my dreams in the City of Angels. Since then I have had the privilege of sharing the stage and screen with many talented artists such as Justin Bieber, Ke$ha, Aloe Blacc, Rye Rye, The Jonas Brothers, Ashley Tisdale and Demi Lovato. **How do you prepare to go on stage?** Before hitting the stage I always like to do a small workout to get the blood flowing. Then I do a full body warm up. After that, I always play one of our numbers in my headphones so that I can focus and get into my performance zone. **What’s your favorite part of traveling?** My favorite part of traveling is getting to experience each city and learning what makes them unique. Every city has it’s own personality and I love taking a piece of each city with me, whether it be a souvenir, or a memorable experience. My favorite thing to do in each city is finding the closest Farmer’s Market. Food is definitely my weakness. **What do you do on your day off?** On my days off I love to roam and explore. But most importantly I always take this time to recharge and get ready for the next show :) **Favorite Gaga song?** So Happy I Could Die **If I weren’t dancing, I would be...** A food connoisseur of some sort for sure! **Any special message for LittleMonsters?** My message to all the LittleMonsters out there would be a quote that I’ve heard that has always inspired me and gave me the strength to remain on my own path. “Always be yourself, because everyone else is already taken”
