Welcome home, Little Monsters.

I'm honestly about to kill myself. I'm so sick and tired of not being able to do anything. I feel so trapped. I hate my family. I hate my life. I hate my future. How dare you be so cruel to me. This might be the last straw so don't fuck this up. [[lm.sad]] If they screw this up, bad things will happen.

When moments like this feel like you cannot bare anymore (and I'm talking from experience) remember ... breathe, focus on your breath, in - out .. in this moment, this moment right here, feel that part of yourself that is inside, that part of yourself that is not the thoughts going through your head, but the part of yourself that is viewing those thoughts as a separate entity .. that entity is you. You are not your thoughts or emotions. You are the most beautiful creature alive and in this moment, this moment you are ok. Live presently, live now, don't live in the future or past, you can handle right now, the present moment. Know we all love you <3 and know that no matter how bad things feel - this too shall pass. Try to forgive. Remember to forgive is to take your power back and does more for you than the one being forgiven. God loves you and has a great plan for your life. Cry out to God in prayer and He will comfort you. God is love.
