just because she tells us about a video or a work, doesnt mean she is bound to release it. It is her choice, her career. It would be nice but, maybe she can't or wont because its not a single yet.

in my opinion new Videos are a great idea to express the talent of the Artist. she supports other directors, she gets in touch with new styles, ect... and every ARTPOP Song deserves a video because they are so amazing! why not? didn't she say that there will be a lot Videos? I would like them as entertainment and Inspiration. they don't need to be expensive. I hope she has fun and feels free! :D
