..... Goodness knows he deserves so much better than being mistreated and disrespected by those that obviously can't respect themselves if they look at themselves in the mirror every morning. It's a damn shame that's the way the world is nowadays, granted, but it's good to know that there are great people like you that love and accept people for the good people that we are, both on the inside and on the outside. Excellent video blog, Andreia. It's a shame that even during these modern times, there's still prejudice, hatred, ignorance, and mean-spirited people in this world that will stop at nothing to put other people down because they're different. I've been called some of the most hurtful and hateful names I've ever heard since my younger years in middle school, and although there have been times I wish I was somewhere else away from all the negative vibes around me, I have since continued to soldier on and try and live my life as best as I can. I hope that your friend will rise above the same meanness that we all have been experiencing someday soon, so he, too, can lead a happy, healthy, and wonderful life in whatever hopes and dreams he chooses to pursue. .....

This is amazing I wish people would get that gay people in fact all people are the same but also different (I can't explain it) but recently in new zealand gay marrage has been allowed and it's awesome to see that [[lm.heart]] [[lm.heart]] [[lm.pawsup]] [[lm.pawsup]] you two are inspirational thank you for helping people

Thank you for saying all these things, you are so right, the help of only one person can change your life. If you haven't told anyone yet about your fears, your suffering, please TELL someone !! Some years ago I talked to a person from a French organization called "Arc en ciel" (Rainbow in English) and it helped me a lot with understanding and accepting who I am. There are a lots of people you can talk to onhere to ! So please, DON'T STAY ALONE !! Stay strong [[lm.pawsup]] <3

Thank you for posting this video, what you said is true. Sometimes it is difficult to accept yourself as you are, but I guess it is the very first step to eliminate prejudice and preconceptions.

it's so important to me to see that videos like this are being posted here, 'cause acceptance is, sometimes, a hard subject even to ourselves to deal with. to feel different from others and not be able to accept yourself can really break one's soul from inside out, and even more when we see so many stories of cruelty and hatred against other people. you are so right once again, Andreia, we need to focus on what really matters, which is ALWAYS to love ourselves, 'cause love will always find its way to shine through all tribulation and to save us from all distress we might have to face in life. we have to be who we are, believe in ourselves, never ever being ashamed of what we have in our hearts, i so admire you, dear!!! congratulations on your words!!!
