It's great! Let me point out two things I think you could do better:
1º The face looks a little bit like a male face. I don't know why, it's what I perceive, maybe because it has many details.
2º Her left boob looks strange. I think you shouldn't mark so much the line above the hand, specially when it reaches the left arm, because it looks like she has a muscle hanging or something like that.
