R.I.P. Tweety ❤️

Yesterday was one of the hardest days of my life. I had to put my bird of 11 years to sleep because he was really sick. I've had him since the day he was born. He was my best friend. It's been really hard and I haven't stopped crying. I'll love and miss him forever. I hope he's pain free and resting peacefully. R.I.P. Tweety. 2-18-03 - 10-11-14 ❤️

I'm so sorry, Sofia. I'm sure Tweety was an amazing bird! I've had parakeets and cockatiels throughout my life, and I know how sweet, smart, and loving they are. Especially cockatiels. Please honor your precious Tweety by remembering all the good things about him and the joy that he brought to your life. Sending hugs your way.

Im sorry for you.. I had a little bird called Tweet Tweet that passed away few years ago. Now I still have the other bird, his name is Alejandro

I lost my cat this year... he was the only cat I ever knew and he was my bestfriend. He got really sick too. I know how you feel, but you have to know that he is in a better place. Focus on the good times, not the bad. Remember that you gave him the best life he could've ever had. <3

I also had cockatiel for 5-6 month, but then he flew away. You know, when they die, you know they died, but i didn't know where is my bird, is it cold for him? Is he hungry? I cried 2 weeks and i still cry when i look at his videos, walking around, as cute as possible. So what i'm telling is, he probably lived his life as he wanted. 11 years is not a small amount. He was happy and you are sure that u did everything you can for him. Cheer up, because you had a friend like that! [[thumbsup]] :}
