Please help me nurse this kitten I found!

It was on a busy street so I went back to pick it up. I think it's too young to eat cat food. It's too late at night for me to take it to a vets office. I'm trying to give it water. I'm not sure what I can do about it's eye though. [[lm.cry]]

whatever you do dont give him milk, it makes cats sick , just fresh water and a comfy bed, for its eye just leave it for now you could do some damage trying to bandage it, just leave that for the vet other than that make sure the cat has constant warmth but not to hot you could hurt him

Just give it some water or milk in a baby bottle or something and give it a soft, bedded place to sleep for the night and bandage the eye for now, go to the vet in the morning immediately. Maybe there's a emergency vet's office open in your area...
