i don't think she says it with a bad intencion, she is only saying that everybody grows up and everybody change and she use Gaga as an example but i think that it is not bad for Gaga and it doesn't affect her.

What amazes me is Gaga's consistent eccentricity. When I saw the picture of the young Stefani standing on a chair playing piano, I knew she's no faker. I also used to watch Hannah Montana so I would say Miley is just trying to be eccentric while she's actually not.
