I bought a plain white mask at a costume store & started out by drawing the outline of the face with pencil. After that, I just looked at the Applause poster & mixed different acrylic paint to make colors similar to the ones Gaga used. I also used a few different paint brushes varying in size. After I painted with the primary colors, I mixed some of the colors with some white acrylic.
