I really think this is her "Cheek to Cheek" phase for the Tony Bennett C.D. I thought that when I first saw the pics of her with the new hair style....I've heard a lot of speculation about "MANiCURE" but has Gaga ever released a music video while on tour, plus does she even have the time ? That is why I think she is working on "Cheek to Cheek" because she has done recordings on the road, and since Gaga is a perfectionist, I don't think she would have the time to do "MANiCURE" the way she wants it !!!
