The ARTPOP Era has brought many things to light that we probably never thought we would have to face. "Monsters" were so quick to say they no longer want to be Gaga fans, they hate her, she's a flop, ARTPOP is a flop and bullshit like that. Their love for Gaga was materialistic and based on charts and album sales. They were basically just stans and not true fans. I hope you all know that Gaga knows more than we think. She's very aware of what goes on with us but just doesn't say anything. We all know Gaga lurks on twitter and possibly on here too. She sees what is said about her and her music from us, her fans. What exactly was it that made you so attracted to Gaga beyond her music and her fashion? What was it about her that made you call yourself a Little Monster? This tweet was the very first time Gaga called herself Mother Monster. Some of you say it's Gaga's own fault that Monsters are now leaving her but it's not her fault at all. She's been so loving and loyal to us from the very beginning. If they want to leave then let them. Gaga doesn't have to beg for anyone's loyalty. Either it's there and it stays there or it was never truly there at all. Some of you are fed up with Gaga because you can't have what you want when you want it but it truly does take a lot to come back so quickly from a hip injury and depression. Gaga was in a really dark place. You know she's not truly alive until she's on stage performing for all of us.She didn't go without a fight and was kicking and screaming the whole damn time. Let's be honest here, Gaga came back with a vengeance and I applaud her for that strength. I really missed Gaga when she was recovering from her injury. I'm proud of Gaga and every single Monster who stayed to fight that fight with her. I grew up listening to Michael Jackson and I remember seeing the "decline" of him and how the world turned against him, including his own fans. The media bashed him and it seemed as though the world went along with it rather than really being true to their own opinions of him. I see the exact same thing happening to Gaga except I won't allow the media to influence or change how I see her. I remember when Michael died then suddenly everyone was a super fan again and were so sympathetic towards him and the decline of his fame. Monsters don't be misconstrued by the media and what other people have to say. Stay true to yourself and remember why you're a Monster. Being a Monster goes far beyond Gaga's music and her fashion. She's shown us who she is and has gained our trust and love through that. Yes, we may not have gotten things that we wanted but there is always a reason why. Gaga perhaps isn't ready to tell us or would just rather move on. Respect her and stop expecting to get everything. She won't be here forever so let's just live in the moment with her and each other. You're missing out on the fun of ARTPOP because you're too busy thinking about what you want and what we didn't get. Stop bitching about how many videos ARTPOP has or doesn't have, the DWUW video,the ARTPOP App and Gaga singing Jazz. Stop trying to change Gaga into another pop robot controlled by an industry. She is an ARTIST! She endlessly evolves as a musician. That's who she is. The amount of hate Gaga has gotten with ARTPOP is overwhelming. I can't even understand it. I don't want Gaga to be who everyone else wants her to be. I want her to be true to herself. Gaga is willing to get in trouble for her art and as a Monster I'm willing to get in trouble for standing by her always and encouraging her to continue to do so. Gaga we're still fighting for you, I promise! I love Gaga with all of my heart and I love this fan base! She literally saved my life when no one else could. I'll always be her Little Monster.
