This is why I absolutely adore Gaga.

Seeing pictures like this and reading quotes of hers just makes me love her even more every single day. It's absolutely crazy, Gaga has no idea who I am yet she's had such an impact on my life it's unbelievable. Some days are really hard but I promised myself that I'd never self harm again, and Gaga and her music have helped me keep that promise. I'm 4 years clean now and with Gaga as my guidance and my friend, I'll never harm myself again. Thank you @gaga for saving my life, I love you always. X

Gaga cares a lot about us, but I'm pretty sure she didn't say this, I've seen this quote as if other artists said it tons of times..... She always says really touching and kind things to little monsters I don't know why is there a need to make stuff up...
