i'm pretty sure exactly zero people have said it was too artsy. I've heard a lot of not artsy enough and too boring. But that doesn't really fit the narrative everyone wants to convey.

I feel like those are also the thoughts of the media, and at the end of the day I'm so happy @gaga addressed this and how she says she doesn't give a fuck, and just doesn't care what people say, because she loves us so much, and if some people aren't angry or critical about what you're doing then you must be doing something wrong. ARTPOP is an amazing album but as a normal music listener ( not a little monster) i think the album dosen't live up to its title. I mean that if she called that album another name it would be better Because when she called her album "ARTPOP", we expected much more of her. but as a little monster i love that album and it's my favorite
