This is really good! My only constructive criticism would be I don't think you need the black line around each of the shading on the skin. If you just make each shade darker, and stroke the lines in opposite directions (like you have done) it'll fade the shades together without making them all stand out. It's the first thing that I notice, whereas I should be noticing the gaga as a whole! Great job thought!
