im so sick of seeing posts of people calling themselves ugly for likes or approval of some random monster + they try to change themselves and call what they do "art" when there is no "art" in it. this also goes to the selfies and all this "bad posts" plaguing Littlemonsters.com! look! not every fucking thing you do is art. yes, art can easily be ANYTHING, but it has to represent something, a meaning, an emotion, a purpose. art is not hallowed! i recently saw posts were people claimed that makeup was art, and it can be, but it can't be. see, not everything is "art", but that everything, can be turned into a masterpiece if though is put into it. you can call make up and art, sure, if its colorful, or artistic, or innovating, or original and eye-catching, but a couple of shadows and eyeliner is not artistic. sorry, but its imperative that monsters understand that art is not that easy to create as it seems. those monsters who draw for more that 5hr, put an effort. those monsters who create outfits for days put an effort. i´ve even seen some pictures that are amazing and show many emotions! but on the other hand, a selfie is not art. a naked picture is not art, unless an effort is put into it, and no, wearing make up and a wig and take a pic of you naked is not art either. wearing some cool eyeliner is not art as well. but all of this stuff, can be turned into something beyond perfection. everything we do has the potential to become "art" as we call it. but don't post some lame post calling it your art, when clearly you are asking for attention. I'm sorry if i offended anyone (its not my goal to and i apologize in advance) but I'm sick of seeing all the attention seekers and monsters fight over what is art and what is not. EVERYTHING can be art, but not EVERYONE can make art that easily. monsters, this website is here to help us glorify our artistic visions, and we are loosing that to the monsters who take pictures of themselves and ask "am i ugly?" "am i hot?" of to the naked pictures and many others. its time for all of us to put thought into our works and post real emotional stuff that is authentic! i was told by a monster that gagas applause makeup wasn't art because it was random and un-planned. and sometimes art isn't planned. but gaga had an emotion, a memory, a trigger that made her cry and smooth her make up till it became what we know. use her example, go grab a pencil, or a camera or whatever, but make it real, cuz real is what we all, want...
