God my photography/story boarding/script writing exam is coming in next month, literally shiting my pants :D Because if i fail it i won't be able to get into audiovisual production program in college this year.. basically from early teenager i was into photography, later digital art, 3d, 2d stuff, animation, video editing.. and i really want to get into this, so oh god help me xD good luck for you all monsters!
ok well i suffer with really bad anxiety especially in exams so i know every anti stress tip in the world XD 1. exercise: do whatever exercise you want when you get stressed,it gets rid of anxiety. 2. take some herbal tea, preferably peppermint. its an anti-inflammatory and anti-spasmodic so stops any nervous stomach ache etc. 3. breathing. before an exam, focus on your breathing. take deep breaths through your belly. this takes your mind of the anxiety and relaxes the heart rate. hopes thihs helps and best of luck!
