Just about every month there's be a huge chaotic uproar about whether or not the nude selfies on here are art or just sexual exploitation. Here's my interpretation of these selfies. It's not art. I suppose you can decipher this based on the reactions that are given by the photograph's execution. Analyze my theory. I've noticed that just about all of the comments are sexually charged like, "I'm so horny!", "I wanna fuck you", "you're so sexy!", "your dick is so big", "message me you're so hot!" etc etc. You never see comments commenting about the depth of this so called art because they know it's all for attention with the possible satisfaction of sex. I've never seen a comment on any of these posts with the intellectual interpretation of these photos and how they connect with them personally and emotionally. I've never seen a photo trying to understand the "artist's" reason for taking this photo or what state of mind they were in as they took it. I will say that there is a connection but one of pure lust and sexual desire. There is no artistic appreciation for these photos. Do you want to know why? It's because it's not art I'm sorry but this is true. Where is your discipline and respect for art? You have to stop using Gaga as a shield and an excuse to post inappropriate material on this site. Stop using, "Well Gaga likes nude art so why don't you?" as an excuse. Just because Gaga likes nude ART does not mean you can manipulate that and post your nudes and label it art. I love Gaga to death of course but just because she does something or likes certain things does not mean we all have to. We're all individuals and are unique. I'm not against nude art at all. If it is truly art I can appreciate it but the nudes I see on here are not and so they're unnecessary on this site. You have to remember that there are younger Monsters on here as young as 10. Let's respect them and make LM a safe place for them to share their love for Gaga and Monsters without seeing dick shots everywhere. LM is beginning to have a reputation of being over sexualized and I believe it has caught the attention of sexual predators. I've seen numerous comments from adults posing as minors harassing the younger Monsters on here asking for nudes. Do you really want Gaga's site to have that kind of a reputation?! I know for a fact that this is not what Gaga and Backplane wants LM to be turned into.
