Now that the first artrave is over, I was looking forward to log in here and see people sharing pictures about their experiences and talking about this amazing show. But what do I see instead? Complaints after complaints after complaints... Seriously? Complaints from people with artpop zone seats eventhough they get VIP treatment and get to meet Gaga, complaints about the outfit changes eventhough people know that it's a concert and not a fucking fashion show and complaints about the length of the show eventhough the concert was almost 2 hours long, when others don't even last 30-60 minutes... This is so damn ridiculous! I would understand the complaints if the show would have been one big mess but it looked freakin' amazing! She plans a whole world tour, and tries to present you an unforgettable experience but nothing's ever good enough... These complaints are absolutely childish, superficial and ungrateful. You haven't learned a single thing from all the years you spent with Gaga and this fanbase. You know, I fell in love with Gaga because she is real, she doesn't follow the rules of pop culture and because she puts her music and her fans in front of everything else! But these are just a few reasons why I love here. She's always trying to satisfy us in every possible way, yet people are still demanding more and more. She's never good enough, pretty enough or big-in-business enough for you. Do you even know how blessed we are to have such a wonderful person to look up to in these times? Someone who's refusing to be consumed by the fame and who instead stays true to her own values? Someone who works and dances until her hip breaks, just to see her fans happy? It's kinda ironic that you are being a fan of someone who's fighting the superficiality of the mainstream system, when you are being a part of it yourself. All these complaints (not only here but on every other social media) are proof of how spoiled and ungrateful this fanbase has become and how you are affected by this trivial bullshit. What do you even want from her? Do you even know it yourself? This behavoir isn?t describing the whole fanbase of course, but it's reflecting the current spirit of this place and that's not the spirit I want to see! I wanna see people being happy that she's touring again after more then a year! I wanna see people dancing and enjoying the music, instead of complaining over stupid trivia! Start to appreciate what you have and be grateful that you have the chance to see this unique woman performe live in front of you, a woman who's willing to do anything to make us happy! Lots of other people can only dream about having the same chance! EDIT: I've seen that some are misinterpreting my post. I just wanna make clear that I'm not trying to tell you to love everything that Gaga does nor am I trying to take your right away to say what's on your mind. Everyone should be able to voice their opinions but it's one thing to have a well-conceived opinion and a completely different thing to just burst out with inconsiderate critcism and complaining over nothing like a child who cries because he/she didn't get dessert for dinner. Constructive critcism is important, so is having an opinion but if you have one, make sure that it's based on facts and don’t just complain over stuff that isn’t even worth complaining about. Just think before you speak. Not everything is worth to be shared.
