I don't know if this thing I have is depression.

I'm afraid of the night cause I'm gonna be alone in my room and this thoughts that won't let me sleep. They hurt. I feel so lonely and desperate. I wish someone could just see through me. Save me from myself. I feel the need to live the present because I'm always nostalgic thinking about the past when I'm not anxious about the future. Do any of you would like to remind me that my life could something better? That I could be happy? Cause I really need it. Anyone? :( #PersonalUpdates #personalstory #littlemonsters #helpme

Oh honey, I wish I could just hug you right now! Sharing our darkest thoughts sometimes helps to go through it. Don't be afraid! You know, none of us really can see what the future looks like. But I bet it'll be amazing if you do the right choices <3 Maybe you should go see a doctor about your sleeping problem. Maybe he can give you the right medicines to make it go away for a while.
