I know EXACTLY what youre going through!! im the "extra" in my friend group to. Sometimes at lunch i wonder were im going to sit because they sit somewhere else and they dont want me to sit with them. I used to be a cutter to my arms are all scared up. I stoped cutting mother monster helped he ill say what she told me. And the friend issue i found other friends and i told my other ones how i felt. Everything gets better little monster i promise. i love you!! *monster hugs*

I have looked after people who have self-harmed and when I was younger I too used to hurt myself. I hurt myself for a number of reasons. People have quite different reasons for doing it. Your school or your family doctor should have access to a councillor, someone you can talk to, its easier than talking to friends and family because you wont get worried about upsetting people by telling them the truth. You need to talk about WHY you do it before you can move past it. And you CAN stop it, it might be hard to see that right now but there will come a time when you realise you don't need to do it. For me it was when I learned not to hate myself anymore. Getting help is not a sign of weakness its a sign that you want to tackle the problem in the best way. Take care
