Here we can see that Gaga has many insults written on her skin, and she looks like she's angry, but in fact she's fighting with those words, so she can walk away and get back to her life. She's wearing newspapers cause even though everything, she is famous because the (bad and good) information (also it's in the snippet) Also we can see her hair is turning blond, that's cause the normal girl is going and the famous one is appearing.
