I just wanted to post about this because I feel what you all are doing is very important. I agree with this movement completely and feel it needs to be done! I have to be honest in that I am a newer Monster and have only been a member here on Little Monsters since 2013. I really do not know what the site was like when it started but from what I have heard it was very different. It is very upsetting to see people posting so much negativity on this site. There is a lot of unnecessary drama aimed at people who are somewhat close to Lady Gaga and I think this is very wrong for those people to get so much disrespect. Lady Gaga created this site to be a place where we the fans could come together to share our art and to connect with one another. It was not meant to be a constant popularity contest where we climb on top of each and push one another out of the way to be noticed by Lady Gaga or other Haus members. unfortunately I have seen a lot of this on here. A lot of people forget about the promise we made to Gaga back in November about Promoting Online Kindness and about Spreading Love with ARTPOP. This was not just an act. Lady Gaga truly cares about this issue of bullying on the internet and I do too. We have so many people on this fanbase suffering from depression, eating disorders, self-harm, and anxiety and for us to go an post these awful things makes them want to end their lives. This should be a safe place for us to get away from our insecurities we deal with every day. Here we should connect to other people who are going through similar issues in their lives. Here we should be able to share our art with each other and connect through our love of Lady Gaga. Lady Gaga once said "Spread love with every invention." This site Little Monsters is one of those so called inventions she was referring to. It cannot happen if we are not willing to help her. We can make this site more loving if we all pitch in. We can help this be an invention we all spread love with. I believe she would agree with this movement in that we care about keeping her message of love alive. #OperationTakeBackLM #PromoteOnlineKindness #StopTheDrama
