Some good advice
I always used to be a depressed person. I am even still but for different reasons. I used to get depressed about silly stuff like my weight, my appearance, not having a bf not socializing. I've wasted two whole years of my life doing nothing but being negative. But the last year HAS been depressing for a different reason. I've been constantly in and out of the doctors for a multitude of health issues. I've realised that if I don't have my physical health, I have nothing. Mental health in most cases is about personal attitude. You can either look at something positively or negatively. But when your body aches constantly and you're always in pain, you feel it will never heal, it will never get better, especially when there's not much you can do to ease the pain. So if someone's reading this and you're upset about something minor, that doesn't really matter when you think about it, don't waste any more seconds crying or worrying. Spend those precious minutes moving on and focusing on being a better version of you! Plough through it all. Cos one day, you might find yourself in a really bad place, mentally or physically and you'll regret forever wasting those silly tears on something unimportant. :} <3 [[peace]]
