I feel fat and horrible

Dressed up recently with my #monsterstyle I looked back at the pictures and I feel fat :( i had to suck my tummy in to take some pics! I fear this is why I don't eat properly and could this be the start of a #eatingdisorder? I'm not doing this post for attention but I'm clearly trying to reach out for help. you have to love yourself and know that we all are beautiful and special. dont let other people define beauty. dont worry really you are fine dont waste your time getting upset :) I know its hard but just know that you are not alone and we all are here for you. we all look differen different that is what makes us special you have nothing to worry about stay strong and love yourself you can message me anytime paws up monster friend

I know I'm late on this, but eating disorders never bring anything good. You lose more than just weight. I learned the hard way, a huge chunk of my imagination stayed behind. One that I will never recover. :(

Eat healthy. Don't starve yourself. Being fat is portrayed in the media as bad, but body size does not matter, HEALTH does. As a nurse, I have seen plenty of fat people who were in good health standings.

Don't let your eating disorder develop. Go to your local gym and work out to be fit. Try a healthy diet. You have to do this the healthy way. Don't give up. We Monsters believe in you!

Being happy with your body is a huge part of self confidence and I think most people at some stage of their lives faces this battle. The monsters before have given good advice-focus on being healthy. Fad diets and starving yourself will not work, it not only makes you ill but it messes up your metabolism so that when you start eating normally your body just doesnt burn the calories. Make today the start of your body revolution, make a plan.A balanced diet with proper nutrients and exercise that is enjoyable so that you keep wanting to do it. This way you start on a sustainable way of living rather than a really tough regime that becomes torture. You will enjoy being healthy and see the benefits. What worked for me: protein shakes instead of snacks and pole dancing!!! have fun x
