I have went from 200 pounds to 135 I never thought I would ever be happy with the way I look but, I busted my ass for a year and have accomplished my goal I love the way I look now :D and thank you all for the amazing support you guys are the best :) P.S. sorry about the weird face I had just got done working out I was tired lol
